Delivery Area
We currently deliver across all regions of Mauritius, including Rodrigues (additional lead time may apply for Rodrigues).

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after confirmation. We will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery time and confirm the exact amount due.

Delivery Method
All deliveries are handled directly by our team. We do not use third-party couriers for standard orders. For large or fragile items, our team will coordinate delivery with care.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is free of charge for all orders within Mauritius.

Pre-Orders
Some products on our store are listed as Pre-Orders. These are items not yet in stock but available for reservation. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the deposit and provide an estimated delivery date. Once the stock arrives in Mauritius, delivery will be arranged promptly.

Order Tracking
As deliveries are handled directly by our team, we do not provide automated tracking numbers. You will receive updates via WhatsApp throughout the process.
