Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Pre-order items (unless faulty or incorrectly delivered)
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +230 5903 0202 or email contact@dgtmauritius.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty
All DGT products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
